About this course
The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) is designed for
engineers seeking to advance into leadership and management
roles within technical organisations. The program bridges the gap between engineering expertise and strategic decision-making, equipping graduates with the skills required to manage complex engineering projects, teams, and systems.
Through an interdisciplinary curriculum that integrates
engineering, business strategy, leadership, and data-driven
decision-making, students develop the capability to lead
innovation, manage risk, and drive organisational performance.
Applied learning, industry-relevant projects, and a focus on
sustainable and ethical engineering practice ensure graduates
are prepared to navigate the evolving demands of modern
engineering industries.
